Principal's Message

Dear Newhope Families,

Welcome to the 2026–2027 School Year!

I am excited and grateful to begin my third year as principal of Newhope Elementary. It has been a privilege to serve this incredible school community, and I look forward to another year of learning, growing, and succeeding together.

At Newhope, we know that our strongest partnerships are with our families. When parents, caregivers, and school staff work together, our students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. I encourage you to stay connected with your child's teacher, participate in school events, and communicate with us throughout the year. Together, we can help every child reach their full potential. One of the most important ways you can support your child's success is by making school attendance a priority. Every school day provides valuable learning opportunities, meaningful relationships, and experiences that help students build confidence and achieve their goals. Being present, on time, and ready to learn each day makes a significant difference.

As we begin this new school year, I look forward to building on the strong foundation we've created together. Thank you for your continued support, trust, and commitment to our students. SCHOOL HOURS – TK/K – Gr. 6:

8:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.    (M, T, Th, F)                            8:00 a.m. – 1:40 p.m.    (Wednesday)

Morning Drop Off – No earlier than 7:40 a.m.         Breakfast – 7:40 a.m.- 8:00 a.m.
